knowledge and professionalism quickly put me at ease. His understanding of what we wanted, a
surface that is seen as one of the best in NCAA collegiate baseball, and his ability to deliver just that,
came to fruition upon completion.
One need only visit Les Murakami Stadium to see the quality of work that was done. The care and
attention to detail truly impressed me. And is that is not enough, consensus among all the visiting
coaches we played this season was virtually unanimous. . .they were extremely impressed with our
field. IN fact, they viewed it as superior to any of other synthetic surfaces they had played on recently. I
see that aspect . . the fact that "baseball people" viewed the new surface as a success. . .. to be the
best credit Sports Turf Hawaii could receive.
And the commitment to our project and his service to our program also continued after installation was
completed. Several times during our season last spring Logan came by to check on the turf and give
helpful maintenance suggestions. The dedication to his craft impressed me.
